I cannot say enough about the work Robert put in to help me move into my new home, despite having to maneuver around some challenging circumstances. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and very customer orientated. He managed my mortgage in a very professional manner. I know very little about mortgages and how to navigate the process Robert made it easy for me to navigate the process and gave me a feeling that I was in good hands...and I was. Robert deserves 5 stars... please consider him and the services of NFCU when deciding on a house. We came to him last minute in dire need after a loan fell through with a previous bank. Robert and the team communicated very thoroughly thru the process keeping the wife and I at ease, and were able to work an approval which prevented us from losing the house. Robert is the best of the best in the Tacoma area. As new homeowners, he explained everything in detail on how the process would work. He is an expert in the field and answered every question that we had plus more. Sometimes one of the hardest things is getting in touch with individuals but Robert was on top of everything. He effectively communicated with us through both phone and email with rapid response times. He is amazing and it was a fantastic first home buying experience. I cannot say enough positive things about Robert!
