We could not be happier with the service we received from Josie Perkins. Not only was this our first time selling a house, but we were going to do this while we were in Europe! So we needed someone we could really trust. Josie walked us through the whole process, making sure we understood how everything was going to work and explained all the steps that would be taking place. From the staging of the house (that made it look fantastic), to the photographs, the listing, the off...ers... everything went off without a hitch. Even though we were in a different time zone, the communication was constant, through email, VOIP calling or messaging. Josie is a very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working person and with a lot of experience in the business. She made sure we went over all the offers in detail before we made our final decision to make sure we made the right choice for us. We really loved the fact that we were able to do everything remotely thorough email and Docusign. We feel very fortunate to have her as our realtor and highly recommend her to any home buyer/seller.
Josie was very patient and attentive with our needs and wants when buying a first home. Once we found what we wanted then Josie went to work for us. Getting us everything we wanted and the price that was fair for the home. She is awesome with the process of home buying and preparing us (a first time buyer) for what is to come.
