(April 24, 2019, 8:47 am)The wonderful people at Helping Hands are angels! I would not have been able to keep Mom with us at home as long as we did without their support and loving care. Mom loved her caregiver, who told stories and drew Mom out. I often found them laughing together. It provided me with the time I needed to get some tasks done, since Mom's Alzheimer's had reached the point that she could not be on her own for longer than a few minutes. I had peace of mind knowing that Mom's caregiver would be there for Mom. The office support was always super - answering questions and finding someone to cover special events. I couldn't be more please with Assisting Hands.

(November 15, 2017, 6:49 am)I am the Activity Coordinator at a prominent independent living facility in the Clackamas Area. Assisting hand is so incredibly good to our residents. They are generous with their knowledge and assistance, doing outreach programs, providing lectures and training programs for our residents. Actions speak louder than words and their actions show that they really care!

(June 23, 2017, 9:32 am)My mom will be 95 this year. We have tried to do as much as we can to keep her at home with us, even as her dementia progresses. We have used a couple different agencies in the past and have even hired our own caregiver. The caregiver we hired on our own was great, but when she became ill, we didn't have anyone to fall back on. One of the other agencies we have used was good, but really expensive, the other was not following policies, like someone showing up to observe th...e caregiver at work, but neglecting to inform us and it frightened my mom. Working with Randy and Janel has been amazing! They have worked hard to make sure we have the right fit for my mom and they've listened to all our concerns and needs and found us the perfect caregiver for mom. We highly recommend Assisting Hands as you can tell when you meet them that they are passionate about helping people like us to be able to care for our loved ones at home.
